Yes, I have republished articles on my blog that were originally on Medium. Usually, I give the post a different title, and I might add or change a few paragraphs to make it slightly different than the Medium post (but not always).

How about if its the other way around, that is republishing an article that’s originally published on Medium, to your blog or website? Are there any special considerations to keep in mind?

I post off and on on Medium. But this time I want to be consistent hoping to finally leave a 9 to 5 job.
